This paper analyzes the construction process and risk factors of HPJG-cutoff walls, identifies key quality indicators, and develops a real-time multi-sensor monitoring and wireless transmission device. Furthermore, intelligent monitoring methods for HPJG-cutoff walls are established, leading to the development of a real-time quality monitoring system integrating an onborne mobile terminal, data and application servers, and a remote monitoring terminal. Applied to Tianjin’s flood-damaged embankment reconstruction, the system reduced supervision costs by 66.63%, lowered rework rates, and improved wall quality. This study provides theoretical and technical support for intelligent HPJG-cutoff wall construction and digital twin–based quality control.
