Modelling X-linked dilated cardiomyopathy due to DMD gene mutation by induced pluripotent stem cells-derived cardiomyocytes

The dataset includes all the data for the thesis, including flow cytometry, western data, q-pcr data, cell images.<div>The dataset includes the establishment and characterization of patient-specific iPSC, together with the differentiation and characterization of cardiomyocytes. Western blot images shows the protein expression, q-PCR data shows the mRNA expression.</div>
