The dataset includes all the data for the thesis, including flow cytometry, western data, q-pcr data, cell images.
The dataset includes the establishment and characterization of patient-specific iPSC, together with the differentiation and characterization of cardiomyocytes. Western blot images shows the protein expression, q-PCR data shows the mRNA expression.
