Shifting macrophage polarization with use of chondroitinase ABC in spinal cord injury

dataset
posted on 2020-09-08, 02:16 authored by Sin Ning Shannon Ho
Following spinal cord injury, the majority of macrophages are polarised to the pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype, contributing to secondary injury. This study aims to find ways to manipulate macrophage polarisation to the M2 phenotype to facilitate recovery from spinal cord injury. Dataset includes Western blot analysis, RT-PCR, IHC and ICC experiments from animal and cell culture models.
