Support the data for "Modulation of microglial state for neuroplasticity and function preservation in transgenic mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease"
This dataset is used to support the thesis of Modulation of microglial state for neuroplasticity and function preservation in transgenic mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease''. There are several folders in the dataset: the first part of this data is to explore whether the LBE is a good candidate for AD by regulating the microglia state in central neural systems. Subfolder 1 is about LBE on IMG cell line exposure to amyloid-beta, subfolder 2 is for the brain, subfolder 3 is for the spinal cord, and subfolder 4 is for the retina. These supported data further proved the functional effects in different parts of CNS.
The next objective is to identify the microglia DNA-based extracellular traps induced by amyloid-beta and investigate the effects of destroying MiETs by DNase treatment in the improvement of plasticity and function preservation for AD, which is supported by subfolder 5.
