<p>This folder contains the data obtained for the thesis entitled   </p> <p>“Myeloid-derived suppressor cells mobilization through </p> <p>CXCL1-CXCR2 signaling facilitates tumor recurrence </p> <p>after liver surgery”, including the FACS data, immunohistochemical images, qPCR analysis, and the relevant quantification and analysis of data. This research is to study the role of MDSCs on post-surgical tumor development and underlying mechanisms of MDSCs mobilization in HCC recurrence.</p>
