Supporting Data for "Role of Dual-Specificity Tyrosine Phosphorylation-regulated Kinase 1A (DYRK1A) in Double-Strand Break (DSB) Mobility and Repair"
This is the supporting data for my PhD thesis "Role of Dual-Specificity Tyrosine Phosphorylation-regulated Kinase 1A (DYRK1A) in Double-Strand Break (DSB) Mobility and Repair".
Faithful DSB repair requires DSB mobilization and clustering for efficient repair. While emerging evidence has unveiled nuclear actin filaments (F-actin) directs DSB movements for repair, the underlying mechanism that controls such mobility remains to be explored. In this study, the DYRK1A-Spir1 axis is revealed as one of the molecular determinants to promote DSB repair by assisting local F-actin formation and DSB mobilization.
Apart from the figures used in this thesis, the supporting data folder also contains raw data of this study. The raw data uploaded consists of four categories: uncropped images of Western blots, full-range timelapse images of laser microirradiation experiments, representative videos of live cell imaging for DSB foci tracking experiments, as well as the associated quantifications.
