Supporting Data for Thesis Titled "Harnessing the Power of Deep Learning for Ophthalmic Disease Diagnosis: A Study on Glaucoma and Exudative Age-Related Macular Degeneration "
The dataset comprises optical nerve head radial peripapillary capillaries (ONH RPC) angiography images captured using a commercially available spectral-domain Zeiss Cirrus 6000 HD OCT (Carl Zeiss AG, Oberkochen, Germany). The OCTA scans cover a 4.5 mm x 4.5 mm area around the optic nerve head, with an A-scan rate of 68 kHz.The dataset includes measurements from both the right (OD) and left (OS) eyes, with each eye classified into one of three categories: normal, suspect, and glaucoma.
Each category is further subdivided based on an axial length less than or greater than 26.
1) In the normal category:
a. For eyes with an axial length less than 26, the dataset includes 586 OD eyes and 562 OS eyes, totaling 1,148 eyes.
b. For those with an axial length greater than 26, the dataset includes 151 OD eyes and 87 OS eyes, totaling 238 eyes.
2) In the suspect glaucoma category:
a. For eyes with an axial length less than 26, the dataset includes 344 OD eyes and 350 OS eyes, totaling 694 eyes.
b. For those with an axial length greater than 26, the dataset includes 499 OD eyes and 86 OS eyes, totaling 585 eyes.
3) In the glaucoma category:
a. For eyes with an axial length less than 26, the dataset includes 109 OD eyes and 95 OS eyes, totaling 204 eyes.
b. For those with an axial length greater than 26, the dataset includes 125 OD eyes and 57 OS eyes, totaling 182 eyes.
