Supporting Data for "Trophic Dynamics of the Coral Symbiosis: Evaluating Nutritional Strategies and Mechanisms of Acclimatization Under Environmental Change"

<p dir="ltr">This repository contains supporting datasets and scripts relating to the thesis submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at The University of Hong Kong, titled "Trophic Dynamics of the Coral Symbiosis: Evaluating Nutritional Strategies and Mechanisms of Acclimatization Under Environmental Change."</p><p dir="ltr">Each folder associated with a thesis data chapter (Chapter 2 ["Ch2_Seasonality], Chapter 3 ["Ch3_Transplant"], and Chapter 4 ["Ch4_CSIA"]) houses two additional folders: one containing the supporting datasets generated for each respective chapter, and one containing the R scripts used for statistical analyses and/or producing figures. Detailed information on the individual files is described within the README text.</p>
