Supporting data for "ANOXIA-INDUCED SUSPENDED ANIMATION AND RECOVERY IN SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE"
This study is to investigate the molecular mechanisms of anoxia-induced suspended animation and recovery in Saccharomyces cerevisiae (budding yeast). A genome-wide deletion gene mutant screening in budding yeast has been performed. The viability of the candidate mutants with single gene knockout was examined by assay based on fluorescent dyes. In addition, live-cell imaging was adopted to investigate how does the candidate gene affect the cellular structure in anoxia. This dataset includes the genome-wide screening data, FACS data for the viability assay study, and imaging analysis data for the live-cell imaging as the supporting data for "ANOXIA-INDUCED SUSPENDED ANIMATION AND RECOVERY IN SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE".
