Supporting data for “ARITHMETIC OF DEFINITE SHIFTED LATTICES AND UNIVERSAL SUMS OF GENERALIZED POLYGONAL NUMBERS”

This is a conjectural list of universal ternary sums of generalized polygonal numbers. Following each sum, there might be a short description. If it is conditional, it means that the ternary sum is proved to be universal conditional on generalized Riemann hypotheses. If it is unconditional, it means that the ternary sum is proved to be universal unconditionally. If it is neither of them, it means that it is proved in the paper specified by the description.
