Supporting data for “ATTRIBUTES OF THE [4Fe4S] CLUSTERS IN ARCHAEAN SPECIES SULFOLOBUS SOLFATARICUS Cas4 SSO0001”

In the dataset file, there are two files named "Echem data" and "Images". In the "Images" file, there is the Images.pdf summarizing all key images in this project. There are five sections in the pdf, namely "Protein Purification and Characterization", "Denaturing Gel Images", "Electrochemical Setup Illustration", "CV Scans & Electrochemical Data" and "Docking Practice ?(CHX, DMA)". Processed and labelled images with captions were available in Images.pdf, for example, denature gel bands were labelled in the pdf with discussion pattern highlighted. The file "Images" also contained the raw data of the gels exported from imager, which in those files the gels were not labelled with their lane identity.

In the "Echem data" file, files of electrochemical measurement as obtained from 6072E Electrochemical Workstation. The files were read on CHI760E Electrochemical Workstation and exported in .txt files. Both format of the same data could be found in the uploaded files. They provided the electrochemical property description of Sso0001, such as CV scans and STEP images.
