Supporting data for "Age and vaccine-dependent anti-NA antibody response against A(H1N1) and A(H1N1)pdm09 influenza viruses".
There are 4 main datasets included
1. The NI titers measured for post-infection ferret anti-sera using Enzyme-Linked Lectin Assay (ELLA) to characterise the N1 NA antigenic drifts of A(H1N1) viruses between 1977-1991.
2. The HI and NI titers measured in individuals aged 5-70 years using HI assay and ELLA, respectively, to observe the immune imprinting patterns across a panel of antigenically distinct HA and NA proteins of A(H1N1) and A(H1N1)pdm09 viruses from 1977-2015.
3. The NI antibody titers measured using ELLA against antigenically distinct NAs from A(H1N1) and A(H1N1)pdm09 viruses from 1977-2009 in individuals who were infected with A(H1N1)pdm09 virus during 2013-2016 to observe the back-boosting of NI antibodies.
4. The NI titers measured using ELLA in individuals who recieved a single dose of SIIV and eIIV during 2017/2018 influenza season and NI titers in individuals who were repeatedly vaccinated for 2 influenza seasons (2017/2018, 2018/2019) using homologous and heterologous vaccines. Additionally, the NI titers measured using ELLA for a historical A(H1N1) strain in individuals who received a single dose of SIIV and eIIV during 2017/2018 influenza season to observe the back-boosting of NI antibodies with vaccination.
