This research focus on the electronic properites of graphene engineered by a nearby few-layer hBN interface, manifesting moire features (chapter 4) and unconventional ferroelectricity (chapter 5) under electric transport measurements. The complete dataset for the electric transport measurement is provided as resistance at different probes versus gate voltage, magnetic field, temperature at different devices.
In addition, a new optical method combining optical contrast and second harmonic generation is presented for precise determination of hBN layer number (Chapter 5). Samples and simulation code used in the content are provided.
