Supporting data for "Bioenergetics study of pollen tube growth in Arabidopsis thaliana"

This dataset contains all raw (images, excel files, videos) and the preprocessed data for plotting in my thesis. Data subsets are arranged or classified according to their presentation order in the thesis. The number of folder names represents the date (YYYY-MM-DD) when the data was acquired, while the following R1 and R2 represent a biological replicate number. Due to the file size limitation, many related videos especially for Chapter IV are not included and they will be provided upon request.
