Transcription factor cAMP-responsive element binding protein H (CREB-H) is known to regulate many metabolism genes. Cell growth regulator with EF-hand domain 1 (CGREF1) has been identified as a new target of CREB-H. The supporting data of this thesis primarily records evidence of the regulation and function of CGREF1 captured in cell line and mouse models.
