This dataset contains all data supporting Figures 5 to Figure 8 in the PhD thesis entitled “Chaperone-Mediated Autophagy as a Key Regulator of Wild-Type IDH1 Turnover in Glioblastoma Pathogenesis". The dataset includes the original raw data, statistical analyses and corresponding figures. Data for each sub-figure was organized and well prepared inside the zip folder named with the sub-figure number.

This research project investigated the chaperone-mediated autophagy-dependent regulation of wild-type IDH1, a defining molecular feature of glioblastoma, and its implications for tumor progression and therpay. This study used a combination of immortalized glioblastoma cells, patient-derived glioblastoma stem cell, as well as in vivo orthotopic mouse models, with at least three biological replicates for each group.
