Supporting data for "Characterization of the functional roles and regulation of BAP1 in hepatocellular carcinoma"

The research pupose is to dissect the role of BAP1 and regulation of BAP1 in HCC. The dataset include BAP1 expression in HCC tumor tissue and non-tumour normal livers detected by qPCR, RNA-sequencing, IHC and from TCGA-LIHC; BAP1 mutation rate in different cohort (TCGA-LIHC and in-house); proportion analysis of different BAP1 mutation types.
