In this study, a novel photo-responsive nanomaterial has been developed. The material morphology was measured by TEM and SEM,  and the physicochemical properties have described by the XPS, FT-IR, and XRD spectra. In addition, the DFT calculation was used for revealing the charge transfer route and mechanism of ROS generation. The results of electron paramagnetic resonance indicate that the photo-responsive nanomaterial can generate different levels of ROS by light regulation. And the photo-responsive nanomaterial realized the rapid sterilization and promoting angiogenesis in vitro and in vivo. The animal study indicated that the photo-responsive nanomaterial has a positive effect on bacteria-infected wound healing. The developed strategy to integrate the photo-responsive nanomaterial and biological effects of ROS could benefit the development of clinical treatments for bacteria-infected tissues.
