Supporting data for “Culturally responsive leadership and educational opportunity for secondary school South Asian students in Hong Kong”
This study explored how school level leaders created educational opportunity for South Asian students in a diverse Hong Kong secondary school. An in-depth case study approach was employed. 45 participants were involved in the study including leaders, teachers, supporting staff, parents, and students. Data was collected through one-on-one interviews, observations, and document analysis. Follow-up interviews were conducted in some cases. Ethical Approval was obtained before data collection.
