Supporting data for "Deciphering the molecular mechanism of gastric tumour anchorage dependency"
The excel sheet "RNA expression of genes in Log2TPM value for unpublished organoids" included the Log2TPM values of each genes of every organoid samples, which were utilized for differential gene expression analyses and gene set enrichment analyses. The organoid samples included in this sheet are not published.
The excel sheet "Experiments raw data_final" included the raw data of my in vitro experiments and the sample identities in my study.
