<p dir="ltr">This is the supporting data for the thesis "Developing a co-culture system for the study of macrophage function and its therapeutic potential in acute myeloid leukaemia". In the thesis, multiple experiments were carried out, including cell growth assay, <i>in vitro</i> AML-macrophage co-cultures, gene expression data. The raw data of the figures in the thesis are packed as excel files and are uploaded for references. </p>
