Supporting data for "Development of Aptamer-Enabled Strategies for Cartilage and Bone Regeneration Applications"

The thesis is about the development of DNA aptamers-functionalized medicine for cartilage and bone regeneration applications. It includes the work of recombinant protein target expression, DNA aptamer selection, and application of aptamers for developing regenerative medicine. Data of this research were obtained from experimental and in-silica modeling analysis, which is compiled in the dataset.

This dataset contains the raw data collected from experiments (e.g. gel electrophoresis, ELONA, EMSA, etc) and online database (e.g. https://www.rcsb.org/, etc), and data analysis files generated by different software (e.g. Origin, GraphPad, and Biovia Discovery Studio, etc). These data files are numbered as same as what they are named in the thesis. To get access to different data documents, please follow the instructions in the Readme file.
