Supporting data for “Development of Small Molecule Binders Targeting Toxic CAG-Repeat RNA in Huntington’s Disease”

This dataset includes NMR, HRMS, ITC, UV-Vis, and fluorescence data. 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS, and UV-Vis data was obtained as characterization of the synthesized chemical compounds. ITC data involves the results of ITC binding experiments on chemical compounds and RNA. Fluorescence data was obtained for in the studies of the emission of fluorescent compounds.
