<p dir="ltr">This dataset supports the findings presented in the thesis titled: <i>Effects of Multicomponent Online Psychological Interventions in Alleviating Depression among Parents of Autistic Children: A Randomized Full Factorial Trial.</i><i> </i>The research developed and evaluated multicomponent online interventions to reduce depression and improve other psychosocial outcomes in parents of autistic children.</p><p dir="ltr">To inform intervention design, a systematic review and network meta-analysis was conducted to compare and rank four categories of mind–body interventions—psychological interventions, art-based interventions, mind-body exercises, and biofeedback—for children’s core symptom severity, problem behaviors, social communication, and language, and estimated pooled effects on parenting stress and parental mindfulness. The systematic review identifies effective modalities, delivery formats, and dosages to guide evidence-based family support services.</p><p dir="ltr">The dataset included baseline and post-intervention data for six outcomes (core symptom severity, problem behaviors, social communication, language, parenting stress, and parental mindfulness) extracted from included studies.</p>
