Supporting data for “Effects of orthodontic treatment and adjunctive low-level laser therapy on periodontally-compromised patients”.

The dataset contains three folders to support my PhD thesis. Thirty-five patients with compromised periodontium undertaking orthodontic treatment were assessed for subjective and objective clinical outcomes. The "subjective outcome" folder contains raw data on patients' subjective perceptions regarding orthodontic pain, tooth sensitivity, and oral-health related quality of life. The folder named "objective outcome” includes raw data on patients' objective clinical outcomes in terms of periodontal parameters, orthodontic indices, and laboratory testings. The last folder "RPG output" includes one conference presentation and two published papers which are related to my PhD project.
