The dataset includes clinical data from cohort 1 clinical samples, cohort 2 clinical samples and TCGA database clinical sampes. Cohort 1 and cohort 2 clinical data includs sensitive information about patients. In vitro and in vivo studies during my PhD study. Raw data of cell function experimet, animal experiment, IHC, IF, chemotherapy and target therapy are included. Software used for analysis are ImageJ, ZEN (blue edition), Graphpad Prism 8 and Adobe Illustrator 6.
