Supporting data for “Elucidating the role of DLC1 isoform 1 in motor neuron development and spinal muscular atrophy”.

This dataset includes the gene functional study along motor neuron differentiation from iPSCs/hESCs. It also contains MNs differentiation of the WT and SMA patients' urine-derived iPSCs. Data also showed SMA mice behaviour test and survival rescued by the investigated gene carried by AAV.
