Supporting data for "Employing genetically encoded fluorescent amino acid to probe the transcriptional regulation and signal transduction in bacteria"

This dataset includes all raw data of the figures showed in the thesis. The dataset is divided by four parts: CueR, CusS, PhoP, and I-TASSER. It includes all FRET analysis raw data, protein structure simulation, LC-MS/MS analysis, and original photos from the confocal microscopy.
