Supporting data for “Establishment of high-throughput screening platform for the identification of pharmacological drugs in modulating early trophoblast differentiation from human Expanded Potential Stem Cells”

According to the structure of my thesis, the data were divided into three parts. The data in first folder introduced the early expanded potential stem cell trophoblast differentiation; The second folder included the data of drug screening and validation results. The last fold showed the studies of selected compounds and target genes which including in vitro and in vivo studies. Figures and tabulated data are both involved and uploaded.
