Supporting data for 'Evaluation of the susceptibility of retinal ganglion cells to mechanical pressure fluctuations through a multi-mode regulatable pressure system'

<p dir="ltr">This project presents a biocompatible multi-mode air-pressure system that achieves primary cell culture under various stable pressure stimuli, in which PPF potentially contributes to RGC degeneration, providing insights into optic nerve injury under pulsatile IOP fluctuation within normal IOP. In this study, each assay for each group was repeated 3 times for statistical analysis. The files named 'Chapter 3-5' include the original data sources in the thesis. The files named with 'BF' include all original bright-field images from static pressure groups in the thesis. The files named with 'ICC' include all original immunofluorescence images from static pressure groups in the thesis. The files named '14 2.5 mmhg', '14 5 mmhg', and '14 10 mmhg' include all images in the different dynamic pressure groups in the thesis.</p>
