Supporting data for "Experimental investigation of the thermoelectric transport properties of Bi<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>6</sub>-based and ZnSb-based materials"
<p dir="ltr">This dataset contains raw experimental data and processed data for thermoelectric material Bi<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>6</sub> and ZnSb. My research is focused on experimental investigation of transport properties for Bi<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>6</sub> and ZnSb.</p><p dir="ltr">Raw experimental data include crystal structure information, SEM images on microscopic structure, electronic transport properties as well as thermal transport properties. It is noted that crystal structure information is stored in a folder named XRD, SEM images are stored in a folder called SEM, electronic transport properties are kept in a folder called Hall measurement, thermal transport properties are kept in a folder named LFA1000. All raw experimental data are further processed by Matlab and stored in a folder named data analysis. Because some experimental data are not published yet, this dataset is temporarily restricted to access.</p>
