Influenza A virus (IAV) infection can trigger uncontrolled host immune responses that induce lung inflammation. This immunopathology can be caused by the host cell's non-coding RNAs, known as master regulators of cellular functions. This dataset contains supporting data from RT-qPCR and NGS experiments to explore the function of two non-coding RNA that can regulate the expression of AGO2, ICAM-1, as well as IAV replication.
