Supporting data for 'FLT3L and MCSF-Dependent Neutrophil-Dendritic Cell Hybrids Bridge Innate and Adaptive Anti-Tumor Immunity in Hepatocellular Carcinoma'

<p dir="ltr">This dataset contains data of multiplexed immunohistochemistry staining of HCC patients with paired demographics and clinicopathological parameters. In particular, the submitted dataset 1-3 contains TIF files, which are the output file type of scanned multiplexed immunohistochemistry slides for 3 differently defined cell types that are ready for computerized quantification by software. The quantified data of single markers and co-localisation of markers of each cell type are separately entered in excel sheet in each data set. To correlate the expression of each proposed marker with patient survivals and disease progression and recurrence, paired patient demographics could be found in the excel files as well. Mechanistic study data of in vitro and in vivo validation was also included in dataset 4. In particular, dataset 4 contains numerical data of different gene marker expressions with clearly labelled graph titles specific for each study. In addition, dataset 4 also included TIF files for treated and untreated murine liver specimens stained for H&E and multiplexed immunohistochemistry. </p>
