Supporting data for "Functional Analysis of Cyclic Dinucleotide-Binding Proteins in Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic Cells"

<p dir="ltr">This dataset is recorded data for my PhD thesis. My study is focusing on identifying the new binding proteins to cyclic dinucleotides, mainly c-di-GMP for prokaryoticyte and 2'3'-cGAMP for and eukaryoticytes. We used pull-down assay for screening out the potential candidates for further verification. Moreover, we used MST and SPR experiments for defining the binding affinity of the cadidates to the small molecules in vitro. Further downstream singalings were investigated as the present of the small melecules.</p>
