Supporting data for ' Functional screen for novel host dependency factor for EBV infection in epithelial cells'

The dataset submitted has been generated through several experimental approaches for the Ph.D. thesis entitled " Functional screen for novel host dependency factor for EBV infection in epithelial cells". The project is focused on identifying key host factors essential for EBV infection through CRISPR/Cas9-based whole genome screening. The study was performed using AGSBX1 and NP460M81, EBV infected cell lines.
