Supporting data for “HA15 and 4μ8C Combination as a Novel Therapeutic Strategy in Chondrosarcoma Patient-Derived Xenograft Models: Exploiting Grade-Dependent ER stress Vulnerabilities”
This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing, Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and in vitro assay data from a study examining ER stress profiles in low-grade (LCHS) and high-grade chondrosarcoma (HCHS). The data include gene and protein expression levels, cell viability, apoptosis, migration, and invasion assays, as well as tumor growth and survival outcomes from patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models. Key findings reveal that LCHS has higher baseline ER stress than HCHS, with HA15 inducing apoptosis in LCHS and promoting survival in HCHS. A combination of HA15 and the IRE1α inhibitor 4μ8C synergistically induces apoptosis in HCHS, offering a potential therapeutic strategy.
