Successful embryo implantation requires a receptive endometrium for emrbyo adhesion and invasion, while impaired endometrial receptivity may lead to implantation failure. Around 5-10% of women suffer from repeated implantation failure after receiving IVF treatment.MiRNAs could be used as biomarkers for IVF outcome. Wnt siganling pathway plays an essential role on embryo implantation. Embryo derived hCG was considered to modulate endometrial receptivity for embryo implantation. Impariment of endometrial receptivity may associated with dysreuglation of miRNAs and genes.
