Supporting data for "Host and viral determinants for efficient SARS-CoV-2 infection”

The dataset includes all data written in the thesis titled "host and viral determinants for efficient SARS-CoV-2 infection". In this thesis, we use in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo models to investigate the factors that may facilitate or hinder SARS-CoV-2 entry and replication, which may partially explain the high transmissibility of SARS-CoV-2 and reveal novel interventional targets for novel treatment strategy development.
