Supporting data for "Human and humanized antibodies for COVID-19 protection and cancer immunotherapy"

The dataset includes three subsets for in vitro and in vivo experiments of human neutralizing antibodies (HuNAbs) against SARS-CoV-2, and the experiments related with a humanized antibody. Raw data of ELISA binding, neutralization, kinetic analysis are included. Histological images from animal experiments are also elucidated, and the immunofluorescence (IF) images are displayed in merged channels. IF staining for nucleocapsid protein are in color green and blue for cell nucleus. FACS staining data is included for humanized antibodies. The data of antibodies' half life in mice are also elucidated. And the tumor volume, tumor weight and cytokine results are also included.
