Supporting data for "Human stem cell derived embryo surrogates for human implantation study"

This dataset includes all the raw data used for the plot generation for the result part in my thesis. The data mainly include attachment rates of trophoblastic spheroids derived from various stem cell lines onto receptive and non-recpetive endometrial epithelial cells, results obtained from bioinformatic analysis such as Z-scores and false discovery rate of GO analysis, gene expression levels in cells obtained by performing qPCR, protein expression levels in cells obtained through densitometry of western blots and mass spectrometry, cell stiffness and adhesiveness collected through atomic force microscopy, and cell cycle stage distribution.
