Supporting data for “IN-DEPTH STUDY OF ABERRANT CHROMATIN REGULATORS IN HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA DEVELOPMENT”
Raw data for the research projects regarding the thesis “IN-DEPTH STUDY OF ABERRANT CHROMATIN REGULATORS IN HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA DEVELOPMENT” for Ph.D. degree examination.
Three projects are included:
The first project investigated the oncogenic role of VPS72 in HCC which we previously reported it genetic amplification in liver cancer patients. In this thesis, we revealed an important master regulatory gene whos expression is repressed by excessive VPS72 and subsequently failed to maintain the metabolic balance in HCC cells.
The second project explored the previously reported protein-protein interaction of SIRT7 with NRF2 and how SIRT7 regulates the chronic activation of NRF2 signaling in HCC cells.
The third project is a side project conducted during the research to facilitate the design of molecular cloning. The McDesigner is a swift webserver able to provide various reliable molecular cloning strategies case by case.
