Supporting data for "Identification of Novel Intervention Targets of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 infection"
The dataset contains raw data for the thesis "Identification of Novel Intervention Targets of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 infection". Similar to my thesis, the dataset is separated into two main folders "chapter 2" and "chapter 3". "chapter 2" is the raw data for the paper "SARS-CoV-2 exploits host DGAT and ADRP for efficient replication" published in Cell Discovery. It is about the critical lipid pathway involved with SARS-CoV-2 replication and a novel repurposing of existing antiviral agents for COVID-19 treatment. "chapter 3" contains raw data for the manuscript "A Novel Nanobody Targeting SARS-CoV-2 Receptor-Binding Domain Exhibits Potent Cross-Neutralizing Activity and Protective Efficacy against COVID-19", which is in preparation for publication.
