Supporting data for "Identification of mammalian-adapting mutations in the viral polymerase complex of avian influenza A viruses"

The dataset uploaded includes the next generation sequencing (NGS) data of each of the nine mutant libraries of each of the three polymerase genes (Total 27 libraries). Also, it includes the viral polymerase activity data and the viral replication efficiency data of the selected novel mutants with mammalian-adapting potential.
