Supporting data for "Immune responses to vaccinations and immune correlate with the severity of COVID-19"

<p dir="ltr">My research projects investigate immune responses in two key areas: (1) COVID-19 vaccination-induced immunity, analyzing T-cell/B-cell responses (FACS), antibody levels (ELISA), and neutralizing antibody activity; and (2) Omicron-infected patients, assessing cytokine profiles (LEGENDplex) along with antibody responses (ELISA and neutralization assays). The study includes 93 blood samples from vaccine recipients and 97 from Omicron-infected individuals. For efficient data management, I organize each project’s data into a single Excel file, consolidating cohort information with corresponding immune profiling results (e.g., FACS, ELISA, neutralization assays, and cytokine data). Since ELISA and neutralization assay raw data are Excel-based, I merge them into unified files for streamlined analysis. The rest data files are facs raw data, worth to note that, the FACS data in the dataset (rest_FACS_data) supplements the FACS data in the main dataset folder. </p>
