This dataset is the supporting information of the Ph.D. thesis entitled "Improving the practicality and reliability of ecological risk assessment of emerging contaminants: development of an integrated framework" submitted by ZHANG Jiawei in June 2023.
The thesis aims to conduct an integrated ecological risk assessments (ERA) framework for emerging contaminants (ECs) to support decision-making.
The dataset contains five parts, i.e., one .xlsx file and four .docx files.
Data 1 and Data 2 files (Chapter 3) mainly contain the toxicity data and validation results for the development of quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR), interspecies correlation estimation (ICE), and species sensitivity distribution (SSD) models.
Data 3 file (Chapter 4) mainly contains the toxicity data and validation results of the SSD models for two target ECs, i.e., NP and TNNPA.
Data 4 file (Chapter 5) mainly contains PFOS and PFOA toxicity data.
Data 5 file (Chapter 6) mainly contains the toxicity data, validation results of the SSD models, and risk levels of 36 antibiotics.
