<p dir="ltr">The dataset contains the data of a series of 5 thesis studies (chapter 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). Chapter 2 is a network analysis study that investigated the interplay between depression, anxiety, and insomnia symptoms in adolescents. Chapter 3 is a case-control study that investigated subjective arousal and cortical arousal in adolescents with insomnia and/or depression. Chapter 4 is a qualitative study involving adolescents with insomnia disorder to understand their help-seeking experiences for sleep problems and motivations to join cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). Chapter 5 is a three-arm, assessor-blind, parallel randomized controlled trial that examined the effect of group-based CBT-I (gCBT-I) and digital CBT-I (dCBT-I) on insomnia severity, mood symptoms, and other sleep- and health-related outcomes among adolescents with insomnia disorder. Chapter 6<b> </b>is a mixed-methods study to explore adherence and retention among adolescents who received CBT-I. Data included patients’ self-report questionnaires, clinician-rated measures, notes from clinical interviews, qualitative interviews, PSG, sleep diary, and actigraphy data. </p>
