Supporting data for “Investigating roles of soluble interferon-stimulated genes in ACE2-mediated cell entry of SARS-CoV-2”

<p dir="ltr">Galectin 3-binding protein (LG3BP) was screened out to be a partner protein in ACE2-spike complex. The interaction among theses three proteins was confirmed by WB. The function, pathway involved of LG3BP and its correlation with patient viral load were characterized by ELISA, WB, IFA and qPCR. To have a preliminary investigation on SARS-CoV-2 cross-species transmission, the infectivity of different SARS-CoV-2 strains and ACE2 induction were tested in bat primary cell lines.</p>
