Here we upload all data collected during the time of my PhD study from Oct 2021 to Sept 2025. These data are named bsaed on their nature in folder name and each of them are marked with collection data with data description and target.

Overview

This repository contains the full set of raw and processed data used in support of my PhD thesis. The data are organized by experimental category as detailed below. Each folder is named according to the experimental approach and contains all relevant raw images, spreadsheets, and auxiliary files, along with a brief explanation of each subfolder or file where applicable.

Data Structure

Western Blot (WB):
Contains raw and processed data from Western blot experiments. Each subfolder is labeled with the date, antibody used, or sample type, and contains original scan images, quantification spreadsheets (if available), and experimental metadata.

Cell (Bright Field):
Includes raw bright field microscopy images of cell culture experiments. Subfolders are named by cell line or experimental condition, with images in standard formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG), along with any associated manual cell counts or proliferation data.

IF (Immunofluorescence):
Houses fluorescent microscopy data for immunostaining experiments. Files are organized by marker, time point, or experiment type, and include original and merged image sets.

Animal:
This folder covers all in vivo experimental data, with subfolders referencing specific studies, animal IDs, timepoints, or experimental arms. Data may include scanned tissue sections or photographs.

DNA Electrophoresis:
Contains images and result logs from agarose/gel electrophoresis used for DNA sample verification. Files include gel photos (TIFF, JPEG, etc.) and summary tables of band sizes for cloned products or genotyping.

qPCR:
Quantitative PCR data files, usually in spreadsheet format (CSV, XLSX), including Ct values, standard curves, and gene annotation. Each run or experiment is in a separate folder.

Plasmid and Virus:
Plasmid maps, sequence files, and viral titering data, often in GenBank/FASTA formats or tabulated spreadsheets detailing preparation and quantification information.

FACS:
Raw flow cytometry data files (e.g., FCS format), with analysis summaries where available. Subfolders indicate experimental date, panel, or cell type.

ScRNA-Seq (Single Cell RNA Sequencing):
Includes raw count matrices, metadata, and sample annotation used for single cell transcriptome analysis. Files are provided as standard outputs from bioinformatics pipelines (CSV, TXT, MTX).

Human Fetus:
Data pertaining to human fetal samples; folders specify sample IDs and type of data collected (could include imaging, molecular, or summary data compliant with ethics requirements).

X-Ray:
Digitized X-ray images related to experimental samples, with each file named according to the imaging date, specimen, or experimental group.

Data Collection & Notes

All data were collected using established protocols detailed in the Materials and Methods section of the thesis.

File and folder naming conventions follow [category]_[experiment/date/sample ID] for easy traceability.

Refer to each folder’s internal “Readme.txt” (where provided) for additional details about file contents, instrument settings, and experimental notes.

Please address correspondence/questions to the thesis author or the PI listed in the project documentation.
