Supporting data for "Key Functional Floral Traits in Annonaceae: The Evolution of Gynoecial Diversity and The Roles of Floral Nectar"
This dataset contains the supporting data for the PhD thesis entitled "Key Functional Floral Traits in Annonaceae: The Evolution of Gynoecial Diversity and The Roles of Floral Nectar". This dataset comprises four experiments, including the examination of extragynoecial compitum (EGC) in the Annonaceae family; the examination of the carpel vasculatures and primordium development of several genera of interest in the family; the analysis of the sugar, amino acid, transcriptomic and proteomic profiles of the stigmatic exudate of Uvaria grandiflora at three temporal phases; and the analysis the sugar, amino acid, transcriptomic and proteomic profiles, as well as the identification of the floral visitors to the stigmatic and petal exudate of Monoon laui.
