This file contains all raw and processed data of the thesis titled 'Mechanisms underlying nucleolar localization of H7N9 Influenza A virus protein PB1-F2 and its role in antiviral signalling'. The research study investigated the molecular mechanism of nucleolar targeting of H7N9 Influenza A virus viral protein PB1-F2 and studied the relationship of nucleolar targeting of H7N9 PB1-F2 and innate immune response.

This encrypted file contains the raw BioID mass spectrometry data, siRNA knockdown validation and sequencing files for HEK293T HSPA14 knockout cell (Dataset (PhD thesis supplementary information)), the raw data for all infection assays, qPCR, western blot images and immunofluorescence images in the study (Dataset (PhD thesis research data)).
